Yes, I consulted with Pasgas and he taught me that I must mount my inverter/chargers above the stairs going down that hallway. His explanation was that there needs to be sufficient cooling for those to operate and that I could not install them in an engine room. It was a very compelling argument and I just had nothing to refute his logic so I had move them there. I know you'll all approve.

I've worked on these back doors several times. Last time I re-veneered the lower panel on the outside as it had wicked up water and was stained. I also sprayed clear Imron on them. After a few years, that veneer didn't look that great so I'm pulling the lower panels out completely and installing glass.

the lower parts of my doors were in terrible shape when i bought the boat, i tried to make them look better but eventually put an insert of white formica over the plywood. looks good and easy to clean when the dogs slobber on them. i like the idea of the glass bottom, wish i would have thought of this 15 years ago
