One needs to go to the real center, not the left that the media currently portrays as the "center" in relation to the extreme left.

Like reasonable and conservative can be in the same sentence.

Not in the liberal lexicon. But in the real America I think the majority is at least fiscally conservative, if not culturally conservative. Despite the left's best efforts to dismantle what makes us successful.
Heck, even the ummm,... trying to find PC wording here,.... uhhh,... legume harvesters?... that the left claims the racist Republicans hate are usually solidly Catholic and socially conservative. They have a work ethic and (most) seek the American dream. Yet the 'pubs aren't stepping up to deal with the immigration issue that they should be owning. They're so mired in petty party politics they can't see their Götterdämmerung. (Just so you don't have to run for a dictionary like I did to spell it, that's "Twilight of the Gods")

I'm not overly spiritual and I'm certainly not religious. I don't care about gay marriage and many of the causes the religious right takes on. What's worse cutting off the head of someone who doesn't share the same religious beliefs as you or taking a viable human and sucking it out of a woman with a shop vac and throwing it in a dumpster?
One is Islamic terrorism but in this country under federal law abortion is legal even a moment before giving birth. Anyone who thinks that's just fine shares the same indifference to human life as the terrorists do. For me that's a big deal although I do wish they would put it aside during the election which is pretty much what Trump has done.

Don't know how I got this emailed to me, but fuel for the fire. For those that don't know, Cuccinelli was former Atorney General of VA and ran this last race for governor. The wonderful GOP abandoned him because he wasn't establishment enough. His opponent, a carpet-bagger yank McCaulif had the full backing of the dems and Bloomberg and Clintons (and unlimited money). Cuccinelli did not lose by much (the libertarian made him lose) "Cuccinelli lost his gubernatorial election bid to Terry McAuliffe on November 5, 2013, by 56,435 votes, or 2.5% of total ballots cast.[2] The Libertarian Party candidate, Robert Sarvis, received 146,084 votes, or 6.5% of the vote total."
The GOP needs to flush out RINOs and NeoCons.
The current AG in VA is democrat and just announced that VA won't recognize 25 conceal carry permits from other states. Hopefully the VA assembly will squash this. The asshole governor made exec order a couple months ago stating no open-carry of firearms allowed in state buildings. In VA one that isn't a fellon can legally open carry with no permit. I particularly enjoy this stuff, because it finally gets the silent majority out to fucking act. Other than shitty ass northern VA, VA is a pretty conservative state. North Carolina has been infilitrated by yanks and is horribly liberal.

Exactly right. We have a similar problem here in NY. The party has completely given up on the state. I think we had a good chance to get rid of Cuomo. He had pi$$ed off most of the unions here, especially the teachers and cops. Every gun owner in NY would have voted against him, and we had a halfway decent candidate, but the party wouldn't give him any support at all. I know that for a fact because I know his Long Island campaign manager.
Trump, the Tea Party, it's all sounding a blaring warning horn to the RINOs. Yet they keep going toward the light like moths.

I remember Cuomo sr. You couldn't find anyone who voted for him but he always got elected. FL's talking about open carry.
