www.militarytimes.com/story/news/nation/2015/08/05/diversity-seals-green-berets/31122851/Some short clips: "Many of the Pentagon's elite commando units — including the Navy SEALs — are overwhelmingly led and manned by white officers and enlisted troops, a concern at the highest levels of the military where officials have stressed the need to create more diverse forces to handle future threats." "An expert at the Pentagon on the diversity of commando forces said the lack of minorities robs the military of skills it needs to win." ""SOCOM needs diversity, we need people of color, we need men, we need women to help us solve the problems that we deal with today," Votel said. "So we need good people; men, women, people of all colors." Defense Secretary Ashton Carter speaks regularly about the military's need for greater minority participation and said last month that diversifying the armed forces is a "continuing concern." There ya have it! Diversity is the most important thing for the military, not the mission.

I can imagine Jallil al Ibrahim and Karin Lukasik each having a "key" and locked in a missile silo together. Jallil gonna be chasin Karin cause she got da booty thang and Karin is gonna be worried if she looks fat in a pair of fatigues. ComEd was gonna send me to diversity training when I made the comment Ive been in to DIVERSEY harbor many times (chicago joke). I walked out of that meeting shaking my head. They never appreciated my humor

At any of the Army's training courses, the lack of diversity is a direct result of minorities not being able to meet a clear cut objective standard...sorry, that's the reason. Whether it's pull ups, runs, forced marches, leadership reaction courses, SEER requirements, you name it, the Army doesn't care if you are purple, blue, black or white, meet the standard and you will complete the course. Unfortunately, the direction is to lower the standard for special people. How would you like to serve in a unit in which you completed a required night orientation course, along side someone who couldn't, or you completed the forced march, and served along side someone who fell out... It's kinda the everybody gets the trophy mentality. Objective standards insure the highest performance fighting units. Weighing units down with sub standard troops in order to meet a social goal will weaken our fighting force... Kinda goes along with the entire hateful muslim traitor agenda

I though in the army there is no black white or gray. Only green and thats from the food I think.
If we take the number of applicants for the special forces and look at the make up of the races I bet its similar to the ones that make it with a few exceptions.
It takes a huge commitment to do what they do. Its not for everyone.

My best friend from little up ended up a Army SF SpecOp guy. Served 24 years. The last 2 years he was at the SF school at Ft Bragg. He told me the reason there are not many black guys in SF is that they can't complete the swim test. Apparently it's 30 laps in full battle rattle. He said the black guys go straight to the bottom and the instructors draw straws on who's going to fish them out. He also said when they went out on field training they were always bitching about the cold. My son also said when he went through BEAST at the Airforce academy they let the girls go around the wall and bypass some f the other stuff on the assault course. Some BS about lack of upper body strength. WTF? Have they never seen a stripper climb the pole?

Two women just completed Green Beret training. No special privileges or allowances. Decision is still unmade whether they can actually, serve in combat. I say if they can meet the standards they can serve. As long as they're aware that if they become a POW in a mooslim country they will be "rewarded" with 72 virgins. Unless you count goats, then they will be experienced lovers.

Women that are actually really women, and not programmed to be men (different discussion), lack the logic and ability to compartmentalize to be a true warrior. And whenever a man says "that's a stupid idea, or WTF you thinking?" the woman would automatically default to, "you're saying this because i'm a woman" balh blah blah. Anyway, back to Russia.....even the Pentagon has worries about a real fight against Russia: www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/08/14/pentagon-fears-it-s-not-ready-for-a-war-with-putin.html

Women in Combat would raise some interesting logistical challenges.

All you need is four synchronized batallions. Rotate them every week and they'll annihilate anything in their path. Probably will not take orders though.
