I ran across some extra Hatteras stuff the other day and wanna give you guys first dibs... offers encouraged! I have 2 or 3 old style Hatteras air conditioning controls... the three knob type. Clue me in as I pulled these from a junker and altho complete with temp bulb, should be considered for parts. I also have a 1-1/2" NPT belt driven jabsco crash pump with a mechanical clutch. Had DEPCO disect it for an estimate. Needs a clutch cone. Seals and bearings are good. ALL bronze navy model... OFFERS?? PM me for details and pics (current) ws

will the crash pump suck up poop, maybe one of HOFers, could use it to solve their smelly waste hose problems. So the can save a few bucks and still buy the cheap hose.

This pump would collapse anything less than a rigid suction hose. Pipe would be the best, so now lets suppose for a moment that mikepussy uses a garden hose and it dont pump..."the pump at sea level (??) with a suction lift of minus two feet and a 350 hp 8-71 doesnt seem to pump right..." That would be worth AT LEAST a hundred page oratory on pump dynamics. THAT in my books puts the value of the pump at $100 plus shipping. Ive got 200+ in to it... ws

Hey Willy - Happy T-Day !!! Can you post a pic of that pump? Maybe you just need to bring it over here and show me how to "engineer" it in. DC

Hell Don... youre only about 75 miles east of me. Ill be right over... the lake that is! This shows the pump as recieved. It went to DEPCO for an R&R estimate which was about $150 if I remember right. It came back disassembled with the quote as needing a cone for the clutch. Seals and bearings were all good, as per Tim(?) at DEPCO. I never took it out of the box that they sent it back in...I think they "degreened" it but am not too sure. Price a new one, but take a nitroglycerin pill first! ws
