Much like the musical one-hit-wonder, that's one more hit than I have.
I tried to look at it, but there's mucho ads, and the pdf is blocked.

The examiner was a Chink named Yuen he busted my balls for almost a year on the submittals then it took another year for the approval. Probably was copying everything and sending it back to China. I was kind of surprised that it was online. It should have expired I think in 2005.

Why bother filing a patent. The have the ccp handling the file storage so you could have just sent it to China and saved time.

In reality patents are a joke all your work is published so anyone can copy it. All they have to do is change one little detail and say theirs is unique. We did it as a sales and marketing gimmick. Buy our incinerators they’re patented. Plus we were going to take the company public and the underwriters needed fluff to sell the stock. If you look at the date it was issued was 1985 took us 2 years to get through the SEC hurdles and audits. That put us ready to do the offering in 1987. Anyone remember what happened in 1987? Wasn’t good and almost bankrupted us.
