So considering its still liquid fueled, and cooled, do you want it moveable or portable? Ya know, between your and your mom's houses, buy an el-cheapo harbor fright trailer and build it all in, even with a reel for the feed cable to back feed into a 220 line on the side of the house, with an interlock "shore power" switch... eezy peezy. Toss a nice tarp over it and keep it at the shop. ws

That would be pretty cool. I really don't need it to be portable since my world is lousy with generators. The only problem is most of them don't work. All I need is moveable. It can't hang out in the middle of the garage full time, so it has to be able to go in a corner or under a workbench when it's not in use. But the eventual plan is to run a 100A service to the garage so it can be backfed to everything. When I have the garage roof re-shingled I'm going to add a plumbing vent that I'll be able to run an exhaust stack through. So when disaster strikes I'll wheel it out, block it, hook whatever is needed up and become my own power authority. I have an engine crane that I can load into the truck that could pick it up if necessary. That's how I got the Oh Man out of mom's house. I'm also working on a portable aluminum A-frame that will be even easier to load and unload. Also, a trailer around here needs to be registered, inspected etc. Not worth the hassle in NY.

Registered I can see; INSPECTED??? Hell no! Alas, up here any single or double axle trailer doesnt need paperwork or tags unless its like a car trailer at 8,000 lbs or more... Bill

What happens when you keep electing Democrats.
Although, I'm sure there was some idiot or ten out of thousands and thousands of people who trailer safely every day that ruined it for the rest of us by killing someone or two with a POS trailer that never should have left the driveway which sparked our overlords to "save" us by writing laws that made life more burdensome and expensive. But, you know, "If it saves even one life....."

I just had a brain fart! When rebuilding the BADLASS, I had to replace the OEM V6 Garrison radiator with 3 row cross floss job from champion radiator. I saved the OEM job and there's no market for it. It has 36,000 miles on it and looks like new. If you want it, its yours for favors granted. That is a very kind and generous offer. Thank you. Alas, someone beat you to it and gifted me with a Volkswagen radiator with 12V electric fan and thermal switch. That's my plan unless it turns out to be defective.

Most excellent with the 12V fan and all! One less issue to deal with! That should be ideal for your app. ws

It was a score. The fan will run in reverse too if I need it to, so I'll have the option to remote mount the rad and have it blow through instead of pulling if that becomes necessary.

The injectors tested like cr@p and judging by the look of the needles are probably original. Fortunately I know a good fuel injection shop. The good news is the new nozzles were $5 ea. my cost. I ordered 5 since at that price I'd be crazy not to do the three in the 7.7 too.

Remember ol'Gator? He had a 10KW Kohler diesel that he was gonna use to live off the grid, with a remote mounted heat exchanger and a fan in the plenum of his furnace to heat the house in winter time. Always something with that guy LOL... How'd the muffins taste?? ws
