Thanks Brian... I cant even begin to ad to that. That verdict in a single sentence, is a history maker, and not a good one. That just set a precedence, and a baaaaad message to the wrong people that this is the "new" system. And as far as that black pig maxine is concerned, put that bitch on a weber grill (well maybe make one from a LARGE propane tank) and baste that bitch till the fat cooks outa her head. Thats our government? Then ad joe-n-da-ho for some mambo sauce.
I cant even think straight about this whole deal. Thanks again for putting it on a level perspective. I just read a story where some boys in da' hood had a dog in the ring. It kept losing, so they cut its' ears off. They got a 1000.00 fine. I wished I were there with a ginsu knife to "meat" out the punishment.
I hafta go before I lose it... ws

Well stated Brian. I watched some of it, but don't have the free time. One thing that came out was about Floyd already saying I can't breathe before the cops even got near him, and the prosecution witness saying he'd heard it all before and had also kneeled on ahem,.. clients?... for quite a while.
I had observed in other places that I've had the opportunity to see people get arrested on several occasions, and almost universally they suddenly develop some health condition or some othe stream of bull$#it as to why they can't be touched. I'm sure the cops have to ignore it, or at least have a tough time telling on the rare occasion that it's real.

I've always had a fascination with criminal trials. When I was in NY with free time I used to go to the Nassau county court house and watch criminal trials. I learned that with jury's emotion rules. With judges the law rules and most of the time the bad guys get what they deserve. The OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony's Are the exception not the norm. I also see a change it used to be that the law was basically pure and not influenced by public pressure to get a verdict that will please the masses. That's gone and there are many examples in the last few years.

I look for this to overturned on appeal, and it will be poetic justice that Maxmouth Waters and Sleepy Joe will have inadvertently played a part in that. No doubt excessive force was used and for too long, but no way did Chauvin intend to kill Floyd. The only reason he wouldn't get a reduced involuntary manslaughter charge would be to prevent the burning of... pretty much anything and everything everywhere. THAT is what has to stop, regardless of any other outcomes to similar situations.

Actually they didn't have to prove intent. It's worded differently in Minnesota but Chauvin got convicted of Felony Murder. That's where you kill someone while committing a Felony and intent doesn't matter. If you were robbing a bank and your gun went off accidentally and killed someone that's Felony Murder even though there was no intent. So this jury concluded that Chauvins Actions were not just using excessive force or sloppy police work his actions were an assault on George Floyd and caused his death.
There was a really interesting case a few years ago in SC. A drug infested idiot much like Floyd goes into a convenience store with a gun to rob it. The clerk hands over the money without resistance and the guy fires the gun into the ceiling supposedly accidentally. An elderly man in the store drops dead of a massive heart attack. The state charges Felony Murder. The Jury rejected it because the guy had a heart condition and there just wasn't clear convincing evidence that the shot accidental or intentional caused his death.
In Chauvin's case it's even less clear because first you need to be convinced that what he did to Floyd was an assault not just sloppy police work or reckless endangerment but an intentional assault as if he wanted to put a hurting on him or teach him a lesson. To get there you'd need to be convinced of what he was thinking at that time. Pretty hard to do especially when he doesn't testify. Then you need to be convinced that his actions caused Floyd's death. Again pretty hard to know because Floyd was a drug infested time bomb with a serious heart condition. IMO there is an abundance of reasonable doubt on both of those issues. Not on the lesser charge he was clearly guilty of that.
The saddest part about this whole thing is that if Floyd had simply cooperated with police who were treating him with respect he likely would not have even had been arrested. Watch the body cam footage it's obvious. Floyd's life style and behavior played a very big part in his death but of course you'll never hear any news person or even law enforcement say that even though it's true.

Well now video of a Juror has surfaced. He was at a BLM rally wearing a T shirt that said "Get your knee off my neck" He's done some interviews talking about how he was representing the black community and functioning as an agent for change. So you've got an un sequestered jury free to go home and watch the news. This guy who obviously had his mind made up before the trial even started a us congress person threatening violence in the streets if we don't get a guilty verdict and POTUS saying the correct verdict is guilty. Any one of these things are grounds for a mis trial all three should guarantee it so we will see.

Brian, I am so glad you are able to watch the bullshit and decipher it. That stuff adds a very distinct light on alter-issues. If the "jury" had found him not guilty, Watts and Shitcawgo, Detroilet and Philthydelphia would no longer be. Thats another 20 million shit heads that WE would have to absorb into our normal society. We are bulging at the seams now.
If only there was a snowflake mob that could see what that trial has really done for western civilization, maybe they'd point the finger at those that need to be pointed at. The ol' pucker string is still at its' yield over that trial. The pendulum of justice has swung too far to the wrong side and stuck. Now we're fucked. Poor Derek Chauvin is the all time greatest scape goat that anyone could ever muster to take the fall. That poor bastard!....ws

Willy isn't wrong, but the stupid ba$#ard brought it on himself. Setting himself up for the manslaughter charge was a mistake, even though it should have been no more than that.
However, it wouldn't have mattered in the long run. If it wasn't him, the marxists and the race-hustlers would have just found another whipping boy. It was only a matter of time.
Better lock an' load boys. Our future is not promising.

As my daughter says there is no justice in the justice system. Don’t expect any appeals court to overturn this. The judges will be afraid of having BLM show up and burn their houses down. And the media is in the tank for the bad guys. Liberals act like this is justified as part of reparations.

So we all need to come up with $1,000 for every slave we owned and we will send it to BLM HQ.
I'm good with this. It's a perfect gesture.
