Hey Krush, it is Reverse Cycle. All You'll need a pump for cooling water and duct work for air distribution. Control panel is included. The amazon link will have any more specs that You need, it is the exact kit that I'm peddling. Kiwi

Krush.
That should handle the salon and stateroom just fine.
My 16 in the salon freezes me out unless it's 100 and the engines were running.
The bilge gets to about 140.

"I have to check dimensions when I get back home from the left coast."
Things You say to stall a good deal^^^^^^.
Krush, I've paid $650 for similar used units! The unit is as small as the smallest regular unit, Hence "Retrofit"
Anyway, am I asking to much for an unused NIB Dometic 16k?
The Story: I sold a neglected Searay 330 for a widow who had no clue what to do, I got her all the money for her boat. Instead of a $2000 commission, I took his unit that her husband ordered just before he died, for My trouble (She offered a check also, I refused). I also put a used trim motor on the boat and did some carb work, and did some genny and AC work etc. etc. all free of charge. except for this AC unit. I figured that I would use it sooner or later.
Now I need some canvas supplies for the other thred, Should I fleabay this thing??

1) You don't know the space it has to fit in....I have limited footprint without making modifications...not all of them will fit--The water lines are on the wrong side, but it may not be an issue 2) I had an A/C plan set up already (get two ocean breeze units 18.5 for $1780, 12k for $1480 and he can modify pan size if needed), I was just debating on final BTU/HR size for both units 3) But I'm not adverse to a good deal! 4) You may get more on eBay....you should give it a shot.
about $1700 new on some places (one with free shipping)
