I believe there was a recent case where a man had his drivers license revoked after he told his MD that he drank about a six-pack a day. The Dr notified DMV and they said he was an alcoholic and was a risk.
Granted, this could be internet glurge but nothing would surprise me with the do-gooders in charge.

My uncle lost his license because he told the Dr he snored at night.

Due process at it's finest. I've certainly heard about the gun ownership questions before. Purely criminal agenda driven nonsense.

I would think HIPA laws would prevent the Dr from doing that. Sounds like Internet BS to me.

My uncle joking says yeah it keeps the neighbors awake. Doc gives him one of those mask deals to wear at night. He wears it a few nights and felt like he was suffocating. Takes the thing back to the Doc. Doc turns him into DMV says he has sleep apnea which could cause narcolepsy. DMV pulls his license. Now he HAS to wear the mask and it has a chip in it that tells if he's cheating and not wearing it. DO NOT EVEN JOKE AROUND!!!
