That sounds pretty reasonable given the info posted here. I'd look into moving the boat and using a broker. If you were there it would be different but having strangers show up to look at the boat at a home that's unoccupied sounds like a recipe for disaster. I know you mentioned you have someone who can show it. If you go this route, make sure they have the house open and don't mention the owners not being there.
