Don't forget - this goes directly in the face of "opening up our borders" currently being debated. Haven't heard much about that idea lately.

Don't forget - this goes directly in the face of "opening up our borders" currently being debated. Haven't heard much about that idea lately. And that's exactly why hateful muslim traitor won't talk about it... It's directly a result of our open borders and lack of enforcement of Visa requirements. I don't blame those with the money to do it, doing everything in their power to get here for treatment... It is a life or death action.... So why do expect anything else? Do a 21 day quarantine on those arriving from affected area...duh But we have to start controlling who gets into the US... And that starts with electing people who give a shit about border security... 1. Make it a serious crime to hire or house an illegal alien. 2. Make it a serious crime to be in the US illegally...it's a misdemeanor now. 3. Clarify the original intent of the 14th amendment... Anybody that reads the Congressional debate knows that kids of illegals were NOT intended to be granted automatic citizenship just for being born on US soil. That's whay the "subject to the jurisdiction there of" language was added. It was an activist Supreme Court that changed the interpretation... We need to change that back to the original intent... 4. Deny welfare and educational benefits to illegals.... If we take away the "free stuff" incentives, if they can't get a job, or a place to stay, and if dropping junior here doesn't make them a Citizen....then they won't come...duh

I've said this before but it bears repeating. Most illeagals don't work off the books they work on the books with made up SS #s. If you hire an illeagal with a fake SS card as an employer you will never be notified by IRS. The reson for this is that illeagals pay the federal income tax, withholding and medicare but never get anything back at the end of the year. An illeagal working this way pays a lot more into the system than a leagal US worker ever would. I know this to be true I've experienced it. So you may not want to believe it but it's hard to argue with math. You don't need new laws you simply need the IRS to do it's job and reject fake SS #s. If they do that the Gov. will lose revenue.

We've had to walk many, many illegal employees off the property. The fact that the employee is illegal usually comes to light as a result of a criminal or civil procedure they are involved in.... Just like the Ebola guy, to get a job, folks will put anything on an I-9, and come up with any other paperwork you want, legit or not. I think most folks would be surprised to find that the much touted e-verify CANNOT be used for pre-employment screening! And if you use the system to verify employment eligibility AFTER they are hired, and they are illegal, you can't fire them! There is also an extensive, drawn out federal appeals process the illegal employee can utilize. So there is disincentive for employers to use e-verify. So in my opinion, no matter what administrative steps are taken, the illegal employee will just get smarter... Letting the employer do an immediate, non- recourse discharge in lieu of facing Federal charges would go a long way toward the due diligence in the hiring process, and using e-verify for pre-employment screening would also help. But, in my opinion, until we're take away the ability to get a job here, get housing here, get medical care and education here, and citizenship for the kids of illegals born here, then understandably, they will keep coming....we will continue to get the behaviors we incentivize.
